it’s smells for me tooooo, Angela. and people that don’t get it just cannot fathom how debilitating! sound is a big second for me too though. it might be more debilitating because it’s everywhere… someone runs their hand across a table with a ring on, i start gagging. i literally have to excuse myself from meetings if someone “talks with their hands”, has on a ring and there’s a table present lol
