Listen now | In this episode, Matt and Angela discuss James Gunn's Creature Commandos, and explore how its autistic-coded characters and themes of outsider unity reflect Gunn's broader storytelling style.
I never knew about Creature Commando. I watched guardian's of the galaxy though. Really liked Drax. He was fun and sad. Got really careful watching the following movies though. Often when I like a character they either die or are don't get much screen time.
I would really like listening to you guys interviewing Steven Bellettini. He hosts the YouTube channel "your dinosaurs are wrong" where he talks about the scientific accuracy of toy dinosaurs.
I don't know if he's autistic himself (not armchair diagnosing here ...he feels not very neurotypical in the most delightful way though), but I think many autistic people could enjoy his content.
I love this. He's part of my weekly routine (like you guys).
