Thank you so much for this episode! I'm someone who's been a writer for most of my life and has definitely been stutter-stopping since my kids were born. I put off listening to this episode worrying that it would make me feel anxious or shamey for not being able to put words to paper/screen as much these days. Then I heard Angela talk about "write for one hour once a week" and went wait. I can do THAT. <3

Quick question--I signed up to receive the writing prompts before the program started, and got the first few (didn't participate because my 5-year-old has been having A Month), but now haven't gotten any in several weeks. Is it possible I got removed from some list? Should I be looking for them somewhere else? I'd really love to continue to get them as an effort to motivate myself. Thanks!

HI HI!!!

So I haven't been sending the emails, I have just been posting the prompts. You can see them all here: https://www.autisticculturepodcast.com/t/book-club

DO you think I should email them? I was afraid it would be too much email and make people NOT want to do it or feel guilty... but maybe I should put the email setting on. What do you think? I never know when I'm being annoying. I'd love feedback!

I like the email prompts because it's a good reminder. Is there maybe a way you could let people unsubscribe from them?

This is my second time listening to this excellent podcast. I wanted to fill gaps in the notes I took the first time I listened. As you mentioned - reading and adding to prior notes provides even more insight and understanding. I was particularly excited to return to this topic today because I've finally dug back into my writing projects, after completing my critical year end to do lists and finally being in a good space to be creative and productive in my home office after a few years professional trauma working from home. I'm so happy to have reopened a bunch of documents on my biggest book project, and to be writing writing writing again. Ooh! Excited about the anthology! Forgot about that - what's the deadline??

We will open submissions for the anthology over the summer when we are on hiatus and close probably labor day with the goal of publishing before the end of the year.

Happy Writing!!!
